At Cold Flame Candles, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Here, we outline our shipping and returns policies to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

Processing

Processing time for most items on our website are within -2 business days. Please allow additional processing time around major sales and holidays. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed however if you need a hand, please email our support team at humbleheatcandles@gmail.com with as many details as possible and we'll try our best to accommodate changes requested. 

Once picked up and scanned in by the carrier, transit times will vary depending on shipping method & delivery destination. You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48-72 hours once label has been created.

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

 

Shipping

Most items on our website are ready to ship within 3 business days. We understand the importance of timely delivery, and we work diligently to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that shipping delays may occur during holidays due to increased order volumes and carrier limitations. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to avoid any potential delays.

At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Local Delivery

**Local Delivery is not available at this time. Once available these rules will apply.

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 20 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

orders placed before 2pm during store hours of M-TH 9am-5pm will be delivered the same day. orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next business day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

**No Exchanges at this time will be granted**

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will promptly address the issue and work towards a resolution.

For returns and refunds, please communicate with us via email within 7 days of delivery. We kindly request that you provide detailed information about the reason for the return or exchange, along with any supporting evidence such as photographs.

Once we receive your request, our dedicated customer service team will review it and guide you through the necessary steps. We aim to process returns and refunds efficiently and fairly.

Please note that certain conditions apply to returns, refunds, and exchanges. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

For wholesale orders, please note that they are made to order per approval through email request. Our team will work closely with you to ensure that your wholesale order meets your specific requirements.

Refunds

We will notify you of the approval or not once we’ve received your request for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days less the shipping and taxes. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email with 48 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage also.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please report damaged products within 48 hours and before using your product for the first time. For all returns, refund, or exchanges, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or limited stock items.
